"I am a big fan of skirt steak because it’s a great cut of meat and so versatile, but I’ve never had a skirt steak like the ones I purchased from club wagyu. They were so tender and tasty! We grilled them and thought it was by far the best we’ve ever had. As a side note , the strip steak was amazing too."

"This is exceptional meat at fair prices. We've enjoyed superb steaks, chicken that tastes like chicken, and breakfast sausage that elevates the meal. This stuff will spoil you. Spoiled is good! And look, do you really want to eat meat from the kinds packinghouses we've seen recently? This is beef from the most pampered cattle on Earth, hand picked and individually cut by craftsmen.
